How To Play
The objective of MASTERMIND is to guess a secret code consisting of a series of 4 colored pegs. Each guess results in feedback narrowing down the possibilities of the code. In this case, the "codemaker" is the computer. The "codebreaker" is YOU! Guess a sequence of four colors by clicking on the color boxes. Reset your guess for your current turn by pressing "deselect all." Submit your guess for checking by pressing "Make Selection." The four "pegs" to the right of each row make up your feedback. A white peg means one of your guesses was not in the secret color code at all. A black peg means one of your guesses is in the color code, but is not at the correct index. A red peg means one of your guesses is in the color code at the correct index. The feedback pegs are displayed in no specific order, this is the difficulty of the game. The goal is to end up with four red pegs, meaning you have guessed the code correctly! Upon winning or running out of guesses, the secret color code will be revealed. You have 10 guesses. Goodluck!
